What we do is send licensed technicians out from Ottawa to homes across the city and the communities around it, at the same prices no matter which side of town you’re on. Below is where we work. - Orleans – Ottawa’s east end, about 20 km out along Highway 174. Convent Glen, Fallingbrook, Chapel Hill, Avalon and Cardinal Creek.
- Gloucester – East and south Ottawa. Blackburn Hamlet, Beacon Hill, Blossom Park, Hunt Club, South Keys and Greenboro.
- Kanata – The west end along the 417. Beaverbrook, Glen Cairn, Katimavik, Bridlewood, Kanata Lakes and Morgan’s Grant.
- Nepean – West and southwest Ottawa. Bells Corners, City View, Craig Henry, Centrepointe and the Merivale corridor.
- Barrhaven – Southwest Ottawa. Longfields, Chapman Mills, Stonebridge, Half Moon Bay and Old Barrhaven.
- Stittsville – Just west of Kanata. Jackson Trails, Fairwinds, Amberwood, Potter’s Key and the Main Street village.
- Manotick – The Rideau River village in south Ottawa, plus Long Island, Mahogany, Rideau Forest and the rural properties around them.
- Findlay Creek – South Ottawa near Leitrim. Newer construction, HRV systems and first replacements on builder equipment.
- Clarence-Rockland – East of Ottawa in Prescott and Russell. Rockland, Bourget, Clarence Creek, Hammond and Cheney.

We’re a family-owned business working out of Ottawa, and every technician who shows up at your door is licensed and insured. There’s no separate B-team for the far end of the service area, and there’s no travel surcharge quietly added to the invoice for living in Orleans or Rockland instead of Centretown.
What does change from one area to another is the housing. A 1960s Nepean bungalow, a 2015 Findlay Creek build and a Manotick property on propane are three different jobs. That’s exactly why each area has its own page rather than one generic list of towns.

Those three answers get us most of the way to a real estimate before anyone drives out. We run 24/7 service for emergencies and offer same-day appointments whenever the schedule allows.

Which areas do you actually service?
Ottawa and the surrounding communities, including Orleans, Gloucester, Kanata, Nepean, Barrhaven, Stittsville, Manotick, Findlay Creek and Clarence-Rockland. The list above links to a page for each one. If you don’t see your address, call (613) 266-9742 and ask rather than assuming we can’t get there.
Do you charge more for areas outside central Ottawa?
No surcharge by neighbourhood. If a particular address is far enough out that it genuinely changes something, we’ll say so on the phone before you book. We don’t add distance charges to an invoice after the fact.
Do you offer emergency service everywhere you list?
We run 24/7 emergency service across our area. How fast we can reach you depends on the day and how many no-heat calls are already ahead of you, which is why we’d rather give you an honest window on the phone than post a promise here.
Do you work on commercial buildings as well as homes?
Most of our work is residential. Call and describe the building and the equipment and we will tell you straight whether it is something we take on.
