My Orleans home is from the early 1980s. Can it take a high-efficiency furnace?
Almost always yes, but there is more to it than swapping the box. A condensing furnace vents through the side wall in PVC instead of up the old chimney, and the existing chimney may then be oversized for the water heater still using it. Older returns sometimes need work too. We look at the whole setup and tell you what the install actually involves before you commit.
Do you service the newer Avalon and Cardinal Creek builds?
Yes, and we see a lot of them. Homes built through the 2000s and 2010s usually came with builder-grade equipment, which is fine on day one and starts asking for attention somewhere between year twelve and year twenty.
