I’m Alexei Guiller, and I own Just Air. I’ve spent more than 15 years working in the Ottawa HVAC trade, and the way we run this business comes straight out of that time in the field. We’re family-run, someone picks up the phone 24/7, and if a job calls for a licensed gas technician, that’s who shows up. I would rather tell a customer the truth about what they actually need than sell them something extra, which is part of why we do not push UV air filtration or other add-ons we do not believe in. Pricing is upfront before we start, not after. That’s the standard I hold the whole team to.
What We Will Not Sell You
We do not sell UV air filtration. It comes up almost every season, usually after a homeowner has seen an ad for it, and in our experience it does not do enough in a typical Ottawa home to be worth the cost. We would rather say no than take the sale, and the same goes for any other add-on we do not think earns its place in your home.

How We Work
Call any time, day or night. A real person answers the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, and in most cases we can get a technician to you the same day.
A service visit means a licensed technician looks at the problem, explains what is going on, and tells you what it will cost before any work starts. If we do not think you need something, we say so, which is why we do not sell UV air filtration or push other add-ons you do not need.
We work on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, tank and tankless water heaters, gas stoves, gas dryers, gas fireplaces, whole-house humidifiers, HEPA filtration, and duct and dryer vent cleaning, for homes and businesses across Ottawa and the surrounding area.
