Once the line is run and capped with the proper outdoor connector, we pressure test the whole run before you ever light the BBQ.
How long it takes comes down to distance and routing. A line that runs a short, direct path along an exterior wall goes in faster than one that has to cross under a deck, through a foundation wall, or around landscaping. Running the line underground instead of along a wall also adds time.
